Find Kind was born in a 5th grade classroom.

In 5th-grade, Bella was introduced to the concept of privilege through a classroom conversation about international resource disparities. Fueled by a newfound passion for giving back, Bella tried and failed to find a formal avenue to make impact.

Eventually, she turned to kind, community organizing and began coordinating events herself to create change. The picture of Bella and her brothers showcases the start of her journey organizing kind efforts: bake sales, lemonade stands, and other small vendor stands raising money for kind causes. Money from these stands was donated to local animal shelters and international children’s charities.

Bella’s love for community organizing never faltered. At the end of her 5th grade year, Bella and a classmate coordinated a student-run, student-led carnival fundraiser on the blacktop behind their school. Bella continued organizing the carnival from that year up until her junior year of high school in 2018. A picture from the last year is included.

Now, Bella and other changemakers from around the world provide resources and advice to others on their journey to find kind. Find Kind exists to support all in the way Bella wished she were counseled and supported as a young changemaker.
